The documents, archival research material and the firm’s publication complimented the interview responses thus giving answer to the study‘s research questions. The finding from the in-depth interview and the archival research material and documents revealed that WhatsApp Group, Intranets, Official Emailing, Department Workgroup Emails and Zoom Application are adopted for daily activities and meetings of staff and the top hierarchical management. ANAN also employed official website, emailing systems, twitter, and official FaceBook, Instagram, Zoom Application and Linkedln for its external publics.
